This machine model incorporates advanced technologies from the three most renowned rapier loom manufacturers in the world. Through digestion, absorption, and improvement, we have developed our unique and best high-speed rapier jacquard loom.
1) Adopts the mainframe, let-off mechanism, warp let-off mechanism, and weft-finding mechanism from Picanol GTXPlus.
2) Utilizes the back-beam mechanism, warp stop motion, and tension sensing system from Picanol OPTMAX.
3) It can use Smit GS900 model or Picanol GAMMA guiding rail, shuttle, rapier head, rapier tape, and other warp-inserting components depending on the fabric.
1. Main functions:
(1) Drive mode: Direct drive by switch reluctance motor, outputting torque according to actual load.
(2) Shedding device: Changfang,Changshu Electronic dobby.
(3) Warp-inserting mechanism: Spatial four-bar mechanism for warp insertion, with a crossover in the middle of the left side.
(4) Weft-beating mechanism: Employs high-speed conjugate cam shedding mechanism on both sides of the main beam.

(9) Weft-finding mechanism: Intelligent hydraulic weft-finding, with precise action height advantageous for eliminating starting marks.
(10) Weft selection mechanism: Rotating high-speed intelligent electronic weft selector (with six colors).
(11) Weft yarn detector: Intelligent electronic weft yarn detector (6 holes).
