1. The axial displacement of warping operating board is accurately controlled by a servo motor. The starting point and strip position can be set automatically by pressing a button.

2. The warping operating board can move forward and backward automatically to keep the same distance between space reed and yarns on the drum. In addition, the distance can be set freely according to the technological requirements.

3. Adopted the AC frequency converter speed adjustment new technology and controlled by computer to realize step less adjustment, the yarns on the drum gain the constant speed when winding and unreeling.

4. The machine is braked by an electronic- mechanic- hydro pneumatic device to drive the clamp brake. The beaming tension problems occurred in the traditional clamp type damping. The automatic control system is equipped to display and to protect the tension.

5. To adopt the microcomputer and PLC, the count of the total length, cut length, strip and broken and memory stop motion, warp stop motion and broken-end memory functions operate reliably.

6. The human-computer interface of warping machine is a large screen TSS(touching sensor screen), which offers a clear picture, large information storage and easy operation.

7. A servo motor controls the warping drum for precise lateral movement with the warping work, while the lease reed and yarn creel are fixed. So that the strips keep in line and yarn tension is constant during the process.

8. The warping drum adopts completely closed steel welded structure(fixed cone angle 1:9), the strength is more reliable. If customers have special requirements, customized warping drums according to customers’ drawings are also available.

9. Two types of beaming machines are available. The first one, movable beaming machine can match several warping machines, and waxing oiling device and pressure device can be optional. The second one, fixed beaming machine to match with different types of creels, is simple structure and easy operation. The spindle number and spindle space is made according to the customers’ requirement.

10. Select the most suitable tensioner according to customer's yarn variety and product process requirements.
